The Cincinnati Bengals are going to the super bowl and that is a big deal. Many lessons can be learned from their story. I created this mini-documentary to unpack their story, specifically the AFC championship game, and pull out the leadership lessons that we can learn and apply in our own teams, businesses, families, and organizations helping you take your team to the next level. I’ll give you a hint – “Leadership changes everything”.

My 5 Lessons Learned From the AFC Championship Game

  1. Create a winning culture
  2. Give your team something to believe in
  3. Find a way to shift the game in your favor.
  4. Stay focused and positive in the face of adversity
  5. Play without fear and finish the job

Watch and enjoy!

PS if your boss asks you if you are watching sports at work you can say nah, I’m learning about leadership! 🤣 Shoutout to the Cincinnati Bengals for their story and inspiration. And thanks to Daron K. Roberts, J.D. who inspired me to look more closely at sports. All rights go to The Cincinnati Bengals, Fox, CBS, NBC, ESPN, The NFL, its broadcasters.
